2025年2月7日下午，深圳恒生医院国际医疗中心走进深圳市深美国际学校，为该校教师开展了一场CPR急救技能培训活动。
February 7,2025, Shenzhen Hengsheng Hospital International Medical Center entered Shenzhen American International School and held a CPR first-aid skills training for the teachers in the school.

本次培训由深圳恒生医院国际医疗中心（IMC）护士长车金侠担任主讲。培训内容涵盖心肺复苏（CPR）的原理与操作步骤、自动体外除颤器（AED）的正确使用方法以及海姆立克急救法等急救知识。通过讲师生动的理论讲解、规范的操作示范以及互动答疑，参训教师深入了解了掌握急救知识的重要性。
The training was presented by Jinxia Che, Head Nurse of International Medical Center (IMC) of Shenzhen Hengsheng Hospital.The content of the training covered the principles and operation steps of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), the correct use of automated external defibrillator (AED) and the Heimlich maneuver and other first aid knowledge.
Through the lecturer's vivid theoretical explanation, standardized operation demonstration and interactive Q&A, the participating teachers deeply understood the importance of mastering first aid knowledge.

在实践操作环节，参训教师积极参与，将所学知识应用于模拟救援练习中。讲师全程指导，及时纠正动作，确保每位学员掌握规范的操作要领。经过反复练习，参训教师熟练掌握了心肺复苏（CPR）、自动体外除颤器（AED）使用以及海姆立克急救法等急救技能。
In the practical operation session, the participating teachers actively participate in the application of what they have learned in the simulation of rescue exercises.
The instructor guided the entire process and corrected the actions in time to ensure that every trainee mastered the standardized operation.After repeated practice, the teachers mastered the first aid skills such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), the use of automated external defibrillator (AED) and the Heimlich maneuver.
此次培训内容丰富实用，获得参训教师的一致好评，大家纷纷表示，通过此次培训不仅提升了他们的急救技能，更增强了应对突发事件的信心。此次活动是深圳恒生医院推进急救知识普及、深化与国际学校合作的重要举措，有助于营造"人人学急救，急救为人人"的良好社会氛围。
The training was very practical, and received favorable comments from participating teachers . They said that the training not only improved their first aid skills, but also enhanced their confidence in dealing with emergencies.
This activity is an important initiative for Shenzhen Hengsheng Hospital to promote the popularization of first aid knowledge and deepen the cooperation with international schools, which helps to create a good social atmosphere of “everyone learns first aid and first aid is for everyone”.
